Changes to Timetable for Term 2: As the Monday evening Basic Class has proved so popular I am adding a Basic Class on a Tuesday at 9.30am
to see how it goes. You will need to have attended at least one term of Pilates Essential or equivalent before attending the Basic class. (see description of classes on page- “Description of Classes”.) If you or a friend would like to book into one of these classes for next term remember early bird discounts apply for payments received by April 14. Class numbers are limited. Extra classes will be added on Tuesday and Friday Evening if required.
